Secretary
As the secretary of Brooks GentlNest Assisted Living, Kristen Matthews is responsible for maintaining records of the board and ensures effective management of the organization’s records. Kristen records meetings and conference calls and distributes information appropriately. She ensures we are maintaining healthy living practices at Brooks GentlNest Manor. Kristen provides caring and personalized assistance to all our community members.

Treasurer
As the Treasure for the Board of Directors of Brooks GentlNest Manor, Dwayne Jones offers guidance to the Executive Director ensuring good fiscal planning, decision-making, and oversight at a governance level. Dwayne oversees the financial policies and ensures the highest quality of care and service is being offered at affordable rates. With professionalism and experience, Dwayne knows what makes a retirement community healthy, happy and financially sound.

Operations Director
As the Operations Director for the Board of Directors of Brooks GentlNest Manor Kim Llyod rallies the team to meet our financial goals through fundraising activities, sponsorships, and in-kind donations. Kim makes recommendations on streamlining and efficiency, whatever it takes to keep Brooks GentlNest operating effective and efficiently.
Willitta Hawkins
Program Director
As the Program Director for the Board of Directors of Brooks GentlNest Manor, Willitta Hawkins is tasked with managing projects and programs of the company as well as meeting any future goals through proper planning. Willitta a visionary who takes the strategies of the board prepares plans, and successfully implements them.

Compliance Officer
As the Compliance Director for the Board of Directors of Brooks GentlNest Manor, Ira Credle ensures that our facility is in compliance with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws.
